Attractive spreads with very low credit risk

Build Buy-to-Let mortgages offer more attractive net margins than owner-occupied mortgages, at nearly identical RWA’s. Due to shortages in the housing market Buy-to-Let mortgage portfolios show very low arrears figures and very limited expected losses.

Build operates a professional credit management framework with continuous monitoring of market risks, rental income, and property valuations. Its stringent underwriting standards contribute to a healthy application rejection rate.
